Refunds & Returns Policy

We offer a no-quibble money back guarantee for any products that are faulty or do not fit. Returns must be within 10 days of receipt and in the original packaging with labels intact. Please note postage charges are non-refundable on returned or items sent to us for exchange. Postage is refunded where we have sent you an imperfect or incorrect item.
It is the responsibility of the customer to return goods to us in the event of an order cancellation. The customer must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are received by us and not damaged in transit. (As stipulated by the Consumer Protection 'Distance Selling Regulations' 2000.) For this reason we recommend all returns are sent by registered post, to be signed for on delivery.

(Please ensure that you follow the product care instructions when washing or cleaning your garments.)

At Born2BeCool, your satisfaction is our goal. We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 10 Days of the original purchase. Items must be returned to us in the condition in which they were received. Clothing items must be unworn and unwashed with tags intact.
Delivery postage charges are non-refundable unless we have sent you an imperfect or incorrect product.

Important: If your package arrives damaged please notify your local carrier or post office immediately. Then contact Born2BeCool for a replacement. DO NOT return the damaged package to us.
