Delivery
Standard Delivery to the UK
All orders are processed 'same day' and dispatched within 3-7 working days. If an item is out of stock or no longer available we will contact you to suggest a suitable alternative or arrange a later delivery date. Delivery charges are automatically calculated at the time of purchase and will appear as a 'Carriage' charge on your receipt - which is e-mailed to you.
If we expect any delays in delivery we will contact you to inform you of the expected delivery date. Should this not be acceptable to you, we will offer an alternative item or a refund. Overseas Deliveries and Currencies
If you are ordering from outside the UK please note your credit card will be charged in Pounds Sterling (£STG) and converted at the exchange rate dictated by your Bank or card issuer. If you wish to call us from overseas please dial +44 1892 822415.
