Standard Delivery to the UK All orders are processed 'same day' and despatched within 3 working days. If an item is out of stock or no longer available we will contact you to suggest a suitable alternative or arrange a later delivery date. Delivery charges are automatically calculated at the time of purchase and will appear as a 'Carriage' charge on your receipt - which is e-mailed to you.

Overseas Deliveries and CurrenciesIf you are ordering from outside the UK please note your credit card will be charged in Pounds Sterling (£STG) and converted at the exchange rate dictated by your Bank or card issuer. If you wish to call us from overseas please dial +44 1732 874910.
VAT Children’s' clothing up to, and including age 13, are zero-rated for UK VAT purposes. For clothing sizes age 14 upwards and any other items and accessories VAT is included in the price at the current rate of 17.5%.

Refunds & Returns PolicyWe offer a no-quibble money back guarantee for any products that are faulty or do not fit. Returns must be within 10 days of receipt and in the original packaging with labels intact. Please note postage charges are non-refundable on returned or items sent to us for exchange. Postage is refunded where we have sent you an imperfect or incorrect item.
It is the responsibility of the customer to return goods to us in the event of an order cancellation. The customer must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are received by us and not damaged in transit. (As stipulated by the
Consumer Protection 'Distance Selling Regulations' 2000.) For this reason we recommend all returns are sent by registered post, to be signed for on delivery.
