We aim to provide you with the very best children's clothing and a quality of service to match. You can buy from us secure in the knowledge that your order will receive our personal attention and any queries or problems will be dealt with within 24 hours - usually immediately.

We offer a no-quibble money back guarantee for any products that are faulty. Returns must be within 10 days of receipt and in the original packaging with labels intact.

Returns and Customer Service
At Born2BeCool, your satisfaction is our goal. We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 10 Days of the original purchase. Items must be returned to us in the condition in which they were received. Clothing items must be unworn and unwashed with tags intact.
Delivery postage charges are non-refundable unless we have sent you an imperfect or incorrect product.

Important: If your package arrives damaged please notify your local carrier or post office immediately. Then contact Born2BeCool for a replacement. DO NOT return the damaged package to us.
